AES starts a New Metrology Laboratory with the continuing goal of providing our customers with exceptional services through technology and training. The machine was acquired from the world leader manufacturer of measuring equipment, ZEISS.

Our main Goals with this project were to be able to give our customers with more accurate and faster measurement reports. By having this accuracy and speed, we believe that we will be able to shorten our tool qualification times.

The latest technology available on the machine combined with programming strength of Calypso software, will allow us to pre-develop our measurement programs before the sample parts are available. Once samples are available, it is just a question of running the CNC routine.

Because of our excess capacity, it is our intent to let our customers to take advantage of these technologies we have acquired for their personal metrology needs (even if AES does not manufacture the molds).
