HAPPY BIRTHDAY AES MANUFACTURING - We will be celebrating the first anniversary of AES Manufacturing in August 2012. Along with the technologies we brought into the company throughout these past 12 months, we have also grown our professional team, solidified our internal manufacturing processes, and mastered the new technologies that were brought into the company. As planned, this project has allowed us to expand AES´s tool manufacturing capacity and strengthen the capabilities of our tool manufacturing consortium. WHAT CAN WE DO TODAY THAT WE COULDN’T DO IN THE PAST?
1- We can build better and faster molds for our customers - We have purchased state of the art manufacturing equipment, with the goal of improving quality and reducing lead times of our molds. Internally, we now have the capability to do High Speed Hard Milling and un-attended high precision EDMing.
2- We can build more molds for our customers - With AES Manufacturing, we have added another tool shop to our tooling consortium group which allows us to increase our tooling capacity. We have also strengthened our capabilities with the latest manufacturing technologies and ultimately we gave our customers more tooling manufacturing options.
